Fees and Payments

The costs of the mediation includes basic administrative fee plus an hourly fee. Costs will be determined on a case by case basis depending on the length of the process.

• If scheduling a Half Day Reservation, a minimum deposit for two hours of the session is due within three days of scheduling.
• If scheduling a Full Day Reservation, a minimum deposit for four hours of the session is due within three days of scheduling.

*Each party is responsible for one half of the hourly rate, unless otherwise agreed or court ordered.

Half Day Reservation (4 Hours or Less)

• If you reschedule less than seven days prior to the mediation, you forfeit the the two hour minimum deposit.
• 1^st Reschedule over seven days notice:  No charge
• 2^nd or more Reschedule over seven days notice:  $100.00 fee

Full Day Reservation (Over 4 hours)

• If you reschedule less than seven days prior to the mediation, you forfeit the the four hour minimum deposit.
• 1^st Reschedule over seven days notice:  No charge
• 2^nd or more Reschedule over seven days notice:  $100.00 fee
